Q: Is the capsule safe to use in my machine?
A: Yes the capsule will fit exactly and give you the exact same results that you have come to expect from your nespresso® capsules

Q: What is the capsule made of?
A: The capsule is made from medical grade polypropylene and is safe for food stuffs, we manufacture the capsules in a FDA approved environment.

Q: Can I use the capsule more than once?
A: No it is essentially the same as your original Nespresso® cartridge, single use only

Q: Can I damage my machine by using the Café-caps Cartridge?
A:No, the cartridge will not damage the machine, much the same as if you refill the cartridge or buy a generic cartridge for your printer, it basically works the same! There is No way to know what cartridge was used.


Q: How do I shop on the Espresso Shop website?
A: We have made shopping as simple as possible. You can browse through our various product selection menus, or if you are looking for something specific, use the search bar to help you find the product you require quickly and easily. Should you find anything you would like to purchase, simply add it to your shopping cart. You will be taken to the checkout screen where you can either choose to checkout or continue shopping. Should you select the checkout option you will then be asked to enter in your delivery details as well as select a payment type.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once Espresso Shop has dispatched your order, we will send you an email containing the courier tracking number for your order, along with the courier contact details. Please note that we can only provide you with a tracking number the morning after your item has been dispatched, as waybill numbers are only provided to us by our couriers in the evening.



Q: I placed a direct deposit order but I cannot find the banking details or a fax number?
A: Don’t sweat, an email containing our banking and fax details, as well as an order number will be supplied to you as soon as product availability has been confirmed.

Q: How do direct deposits work?
A: During the checkout process you will be prompted to select a payment method. If you select "direct deposit" you will be emailed our bank details for the deposit (please note that you will only receive this email once we have validated our stock amounts. For this reason, our banking details cannot be found on the Espresso Shop site). The email which you will receive from us after placing your order will include our banking details. The goods will be dispatched as soon as the payment clears.

Q: What happens if the item I purchase is out of stock?
A: Should the situation arise that item you have placed an order for is unavailable within the usual delivery period; Espresso Shop will contact you and notify you of the situation. You will then be given the option of cancelling or amending the order or waiting for new stock to become available.


Q: I have bought goods from other online sites but when I have gone back for support, their sites do not exist. How can I be safe in the knowledge that the same thing will not happen with you?
A: We understand completely that internet shopping can often be a nerve-racking experience. Feel free to call Espresso Shop if you have any questions or concerns, as well as to put your mind at ease. Please note that if you have purchased products through other Sites, we cannot unfortunately support goods which have not been purchased through ourselves so please do your homework before buying.
